Our Clinicians

Chicago Counseling is a small, private practice that focuses on work with individuals, couples, families, children, and adolescents. All of our therapists are trained in dealing with issues relating to mood, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. We provide a wide range of services and every therapist is trained, licensed and up to date with continuing education requirements.

Rachael Miller, MA, LCPC, NCC

Rachael is the owner of Chicago Counseling and an experienced clinical therapist who has worked and presented internationally. She is Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and pastoral counselor working in therapy, higher education, consultation, and supervision in Chicago.

Rachael specializes in providing counseling and treatment for anxiety, depression, self-injury, relationship conflict, PTSD and trauma. She works with children, adolescents, adults, and couples. She has expertise in family and relationship counseling, as well as,  individual counseling for overcoming traumatic life experiences.

She is specialty trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), PREPARE/ENRICH marital and premarital counseling, Sensate Focusing for sexual problems with couples. Click here to view her Psychology Today profile.
