Our primary goal for this blog is to promote mental wellness for every person, and to provide tips for practical daily use. Another aim is to reduce the stigma and carefulness around discussing mental health and emotional wellness. It is a very important topic that involves each one of us putting strategies into place on a regular basis. The only way this will happen is if we feel comfortable talking about it, seeking information, and getting help when necessary.

Here we hope you will find helpful posts related to mental health and emotional wellness. Please send us a message on Facebook, or an email at info@chicagocounseling.com with any future blog suggestions. We want this effort to be useful to as many as possible. Thanks for reading!
