She is a Board Certified, Licensed Clinical Therapist known globally for her work in mental health, creating dozens of innovative community programs, education seminars, and intervention optimization projects.
She specializes in the neurobiology-informed practice of trauma recovery, including the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-injury, and relationship conflict. She works with all populations including adults, children, adolescents, and couples.
Additionally Rachael is a Provider Consultant and Certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, and is specialty trained in Parent-Child Interactive Therapy (PCIT), PREPARE/ENRICH marital and premarital counseling, Sensate Focusing for sexual problems with couples.
